try right-clicking on this image

click 'properties' - at 'location' highlight the URL which is http://i1.trekearth.com/photos/43341/stradbroke.jpg

copy the URL while it is highlighted by clicking control C on your keyboard..

now in your post you can put it between the image tags by clicking control V....as follows

now put a [/img] at the end of that and a [img] at the beginning with this http://i1.trekearth.com/photos/43341/stradbroke.jpg in between

btw - that's a beautiful photo!

I've had the dreaded red cross once or twice. Perhaps some sites just don't allow you to use their images?

no i don't think that is it, this red cross turns up everytime i make a post and then the picture is there when i come back later.
