What do ya think?

Sounds nice, for sure.

Side 1 is good, IMO:

1. "Gotta Serve Somebody" – 5:22
2. "Precious Angel" – 6:27
3. "I Believe in You" – 5:02
4. "Slow Train" – 5:55

Side 2, not so good, IMO:

Side two

1. "Gonna Change My Way of Thinking" – 5:25
2. "Do Right to Me Baby (Do Unto Others)" – 3:50
3. "When You Gonna Wake Up" – 5:25
4. "Man Gave Names to All the Animals" – 4:23
5. "When He Returns" – 4:30

Although Ive always liked 'Gonna Change My Way of Thinking'.

Listening to it now.

I'm undecided on 'When He Returns', it's pretty over the top. Or is it? I think I like it, but dont plan to listen to it again for a few years.

I've only heard 3 of those (I stopped buying Bob albums after "Desire").

Of the three I've heard, I'd say:

Not stongly objectionable:
-- "Gotta Serve Somebody"
-- "I Believe in You"

Not so good, IMO:
-- "Do Right to Me Baby (Do Unto Others)"

I have no plans to buy it or listen to the rest of the tracks in the foreseeable future.

I like it. Better than Desire for my money.
'Gotta serve somebody', 'Precious angel', 'I believe in you', 'When he returns' are all favourites.
Some other have pretty lame lyrics though.

For me it's

Blood on the tracks - Slow Train Coming - Something, Something, Something - Time out of mind

With Something, Something, Something being the individual tracks - 'Every grain of sand', 'Blind Willie McTell', 'Man in a long black coat' - that I do actually like from the period in between. But he just doesn't even get close to one side of an LP with consistent good music on an album in that period.

I'm not sure if I would be so keen on Slow train coming if you took away Knopfler and Wexler.

The weakest songs are the first 3 on Side 2. Trouble in Mind belongs on there surely. When He Returns has grown on me over the years, until it got to be such a nuisance that I had it surgically removed last April.
