| but don't count out the Florida Tuskers.... or the New York Sentinels... New York Sentinels? Isn't that a rollerball team? Rollerball? What is this rollerball you speak of? Ah. Imagine a future ruled by global corporate cabals that placate the masses with pharmaceuticals, multivision television broadcasts, a violent death sport involving rollerskates and motorbikes, laser pistols, classy call girls, etc. Oh I see. _________________ The problem in defense is how far you can go without destroying from within what you are trying to defend from without.

| If you're wondering why this newly started league only has 4 teams, I don't have any easy answers. They probably could use some help in the graphic design department as well. _________________ The problem in defense is how far you can go without destroying from within what you are trying to defend from without.

The UFL initially had plans to start with eight teams playing in targeted sites in the fall of 2008. T. Boone Pickens and Mark Cuban had originally committed to the league as owners, but both backed out prior to the start of the 2009 season.
On February 9, 2009, it was announced that Paul Pelosi, husband of United States House of Representatives Speaker Nancy Pelosi, had stepped forward heading a group of investors who invested $30 million to purchase four franchises to play in the league's 2009 inaugural season. _________________ The problem in defense is how far you can go without destroying from within what you are trying to defend from without.
