TV - Flash Forward

While I was looking to see whether the series 24 is on in Australia, I came across this TV show which started last month, and I've been watching it since the first episode. I really like it - I didn't actually watch TV before that. It has Joseph Fiennes which is the next best thing to Ralph Fiennes you can get

The premise is that everyone suffered blackouts in October 2009, and they all got a glimpse of their future. A rogue FBI team is investigating with Joseph Fiennes who had a vision of a mature investigation six months down the line on April 10th 2010. It's got interesting little twists and turns, and I'm totally addicted (thanks Uzi).....

So far they have played music by Bjork, Jeff Buckley and a cover of Like a Rolling Stone - it's quite a quality production.

Every fucking show now is about seeing the future or seeing the past or reading minds or talking to dead people to solve crimes. Bollocks I say. Whatever happend to the quality production of programmes like Streets of San Fran-cisco starring Karl Malden?

Streets of SF was great!!! Normally, I hate all that shit - Ghost Whisperer, CSI Miami, Mercy, ER, Criminal Minds, NCSI or something - it's all bollocks......but when you said 24 was good, I started investimigating TV and came across FF so I thought I might introduce TV back into my life gradually.....and this is a good place to start

we're getting digital TV atm.....and ER will be on 7 two soon.....I hope I don't become a hopeless petrified sloth zombie

Flash Forward is continuing to impress.....hehehe

last night they played this video and used the song for a few minutes during another scene

this Japanese girl was playing air guitar along to it.....it was brilliant!!!

they also used my myspace quote:

the nail that sticks up gets hammered.....

Enjoyed that episode. Heard a few people complaining that not enough happened, but think you needed an episode like that now and again. Can't be at breakneck speed the whole time.
