well about the indie Stellar and i think that those bands are indie ... maybe not the best but who cares ? but of course if you have any sugestion just say and we will see what we can do about it ...

but i always thought that they were indie bands Surprised

oh i was just being a jerk. i wasn't commenting on the bands critically, but generally indie is short for independent. radiohead being on capital, kasabian on rca, and the killers on island sort of eliminates them from the indie bag, not that that's necessarily a bad thing... pig

Obviously it is all a matter of semantics. But once they sign to a record label, any record label, a band is no longer 'Independent'. Indie, is just another marketing gimmick. It has nothing to do with quality.
