I know you're all trying to figure out what's going on at 0:48, where you can be that the Russian casting director has done something to that sign tacked to the pole. I'll try to explain. The sign says this:

КАСТіНГ
ЗіРОК
КОЛО МИЙКИ

Which, transliterated into Latin letters would read:

KASTiNG
ZiROK
KOLO MIYKI

Which is not Russian, Ukrainian, or any other Slavic language. It's actually English transliterated into Cyrillic letters, so it's pronounced with a strong Ukrainian accent:

"Casting ze rock kolomeyka"
(A kolomeyka is a folk dance from the Kolomya region in the Western Ukraine).

The Russian casting director crosses out the transliterated English word "kasting" and writes in the Russian word "Выборы,"

It means the same thing--but he's Russianized it.

One of the comments on youtube says: "Вперед, Україно, подалі од тіїх клятих москалів!" ["Foreward, Ukraine, Down with the damned Muscovites!"]
