I just don't think it should be talked about in ER or ATU. The real issue is the fact that she does not know me nor does she like me. Okay, I am fine with that If she needs to say anything about cancer she should go to any one of the many Cancer Boards on the Net....I have had my Cancer...But I refuse to talk about it over here. And no I am not appologizing for what I said because it would be a lie. She needs to appologize to me as well as Milk but they are not told hey you are over the line get a grip this is the last time I will remark about this so Please Lock down this thread if you must but please do not delete it as I think it is important to get my say on this issue. This is the Second time I have tryed to post this.......I will come back later to see if it is still up here. I did not say anything inappropriate and just keep it to the issue at hand..

OK, you've talked about why it shouldn't be talked about. I think most people get it by now. Why not let it drop since it shouldn't be talked about?

Personally, I don't think it is something that msut not be talked about. "The big C" has long been one of those things that people whisper about. It used to be that cancer was seen as a death sentence. However as a result of medical advancements, more people are surviving cancer...kicking cancer's ass. People(and loved ones) should be aware that even though they have been or at some point may be diagnosed with cancer it doesn't automatically mean they are going to die. People need to know that they can remain strong and positive, and fight, and win the battle with cancer. The more people survive cancer the more promise for us all.

People should not begrudge anyone who wears winning the battle with cancer as a badge of honor, and/or courage, and/or hope for others. There are certainly worse things to be boastful about. Winning the battle with cancer should be celebrated by us all.
