| We may have to double our rate of burning fossil fuels just to ward off a next Ice Age. _________________ This isn't the 'so called' Warbleshinny Mastadon. Over

| My faith is shaken. It's beginning to look like the forecasters are not as smart as they claimed. A fool would think from this graph that global warming peaked 10 years ago: Doing the math, the temperature averages out flat for the past 11 years: Interesting situation with the arctic and antarctic ice--when the Northern ice cap was shrinking, the souther one was growing--now it's just the opposite (almost like ti averages out): But I'm still scared. After 10,000 years of relatively nice weather, it looks like we're overdue to fall off the cliff into the next 100,000 years of mile-deep ice: _________________ I don't do it for the money, babe. | One of the problems with the 'Global Warming' issue is that the minds studying it aren't equal to the task. Complex systems have non-linear dynamics. _________________ This isn't the 'so called' Warbleshinny Mastadon. Over

| But they started out with a tremendous advantage--they already knew the answer before they began the investigation. _________________ I don't do it for the money, babe. I do it to entertain people.-- Susan Boyle

| An interesting book, as yet unwritten, would be about the parallels between the politics of obfuscation and the methods of Carny folk. _________________ This isn't the 'so called' Warbleshinny Mastadon. Over

| Heading into the spring months, arctic ice looks pretty healthy at both poles. The Antarctic coverage is down a bit from last year, but it exceeds the 1979-2000 average: _________________ I don't do it for the money, babe. I do it to entertain people.-- Susan Boyle

| A reasonable question that the proponents of Global Warming have, so far refused to answer, is: What temperature is the correct temperature for the earth? _________________ This isn't the 'so called' Warbleshinny Mastadon. Over

| According to recent television news reports 72 degrees F is the only globally responsible temperature to keep your house. _________________ This isn't the 'so called' Warbleshinny Mastadon. Over

| I was forgetting it's my job to keep ATU up to date on these developments. In 1998 we could see we were done for, because average temperatures had soared to nearly a degree higher than they had been 1979. Last month the average temperature was right on the '079--'09 average: _________________ I don't do it for the money, babe. I do it to entertain people.-- Susan Boyle

| I just noticed that the Artic-ice-coverage graph that I posted in April has updated itself to July. Ain't the internet great? _________________ I don't do it for the money, babe. I do it to entertain people.-- Susan Boyle

| I like to keep my household at a steady 64 degrees F. I assume that the extra cooling cost in the summertime is balanced out by the decreased heating cost in the winter. _________________ This isn't the 'so called' Warbleshinny Mastadon. Over

| Right when we have it all figured out, some joker always steps in with something like this to get us all confused again. This is why the Russians say that temps are about to plunge. At least we won't have to wait long to find out if there's anything to this. _________________ I don't do it for the money, babe. I do it to entertain people.-- Susan Boyle
