If I understand the legal situation correctly, all it would take to put this man on trial for war crimes is a single lawyer in a single US state in which US servicemen have died on active service in Iraq to take the preliminary legal measures.

I hope I live to see this.

I think the question begs to be asked: Why hasn't Mr. Bugliosi taken up the challenge himself?

Perhaps he is retired from practicing law and now is content making his living writing books. It's probably alot less stressful writing books and doing speaking engagements than it is practicing law....probably more profitable also.
