| Apparently Billy 'the man' Gibbons was unable to get to his awards ceremony by underground tube-works because of it's lame ass lameness. He had to take a Bus. _________________ This isn't the 'so called' Warbleshinny Mastadon. Over

| They need to fix those defective subway cars; the train shouldn't move until the doors are completely closed. Fix the cars and the tube workers won't be so stressed because of having to protect passengers' life and limb. This is the 21st century, fer cryin' out loud. There's no place for Soviet subway cars in an advanced Western society. _________________ I don't do it for the money, babe. I do it to entertain people.-- Susan Boyle

Trains on the London Underground cannot move until the doors are fully closed; it's a standard safety feature. Unscrupulous old gits know this very well. _________________ The salmon-falls, the mackerel-crowded seas

Poor Billy. Sadly, the service will never meet BAFTA standards until a whole tier of incompetent and greedy Management is abducted by aliens. Only then will an efficient, unionised workforce- railwaymen, rather than suits- be allowed to run the railways. If you doubt this, just look at the recent catastrophic collapse of the world Banking industry: Free-Market Capitalism at its finest. _________________ The salmon-falls, the mackerel-crowded seas

Ah, so you're saying no one's safety was at risk of peril other than the stupid old git?...two fold I might add. Or, given the saint-like tube worker's efforts to incite others to throw the stupid old git under the train, should that be 3?
Oh well, the entire incident has probably been blown totally out of proportion...there's probably a Monty Python skit that would clear up the entire matter....and we would laaauuugh...oh how we would laugh. Well, those who understand and get the humor...or should that be humour? |

Surely you jest. Capitalism, or greed if you will, and capital risk built the fucking railways, not layabout know-it-alls who wouldn't risk their financial asses for anyone, not even themselves. They're pawns, some of whom chose that path where options were available to them yet they had not the balls to apply themselves or risk, and who would then proclaim themselves kings. But they aren't as clever as they believe themselves to be. They choose to trade working under the free market to being subjects of the union way. We've seen it over and over, unions destroy the very industries that provide the livelyhood of those it pretends to provide representation. Your countrymen despise your union. Yeah, that's just what is needed, the union and railwaymen taking over the world banking industry. That's hysterical. |

| I believe you've established very well where your particular political loyalties lie. Al Capone, too, had no truck with pinkos; a great believer in "The American Way" was Al. That was before they locked him away, of course. And so have I. Nothing useful remains to be said. _________________ The salmon-falls, the mackerel-crowded seas

| Oh no...oh no you dint! Did you see that John? He just compared me to Al Capone....upping the ante and a desparate trump if'n I ever saw one. Uncalled for, Eddie. Uncalled for. C'mon Eddie, defend yourself/your cause. Have some balls for once in your miserable life. Before you come in and scold me again, John, Eddie and I are just having some fun...a little banter between friends, as it were. |
