I guess we're kind of confusing. So, to tell the story straight, Gypsy Daisy is not an administrator with the ability to identify posters; she relies on intuition.

The administrators are Gnat and LaRue.

And speculating about who might be Bob is just a running joke, no offense intended.

As you can probably imagine, many ATU members were banned from other sites for irony and sarcasm (and one for being cryptic and inscrutable).
