I just read LJs last post, and it makes a lot of sense. Ignore the rules and do what you do. If you get banned for doing what you do, that's the easiest way of finding out you're in the wrong place--easier than trying to evaluate the terms of use ahead of time to decide if the place is for you. After all, the terms of use probably won't be enforced in the future anyway--they never were in the past.

And let me state I don't like the bannings either I had ZERO problem with Blood hound and I too think bannings, except I guess in extreme circumstances, should NOT happen. I am hoping that.....Uzi is reinstated.

I apologize for my outbursts but this began with the post I made from ER that PP has been SOOOOO gracious to bring here and attack me for because HE sees it as sucking up!!! I invite all of you to read it (if you're bored at the moment) and please let me know if you take offense.

Yeah, Tiny, you're right about avoiding ER discussions here, and so far I don't think I did too much in that area.

What just happened was just a little too much for me. I am interested in the discussions at ER because a lot of it has to do with events I was part of and people that visit here. So I was reading the discussion over there, was really, honestly saddened to see that Gypsy's posts were being deleted by Madcow (because Gypsy really doesn't hurt anybody, but it must hurt her a lot if she isn't welcome there anymore with her idiosyncratic style.

Then I read jimb's post over there, and I thought that it really wasn't necessary. What's the use in saying how horrible the dissenters are (it didn't even contribute anything to the discussion there and should have been deleted by Madcow)?

But I wouldn't have done anything about that if I hadn't returned here and seen the same guy who was putting me, Uzi, ISN and P14 down on ER joking around about Uzi here. I just snapped. Sorry for that.

You know it's funny I haven't had a problem with ANY of the folks you listed as far as I'm aware and you've apparently appointed yourself their protector. PUSSY!!

Not to interrupt a perfectly fine argument.....but I joined, as one can see, about a year ago, with that being said, might I suggest that the posts posted on ER stay at ER....kinda like Vegas....jes sayin...

We got angry when there was a double standard...And spoke out against it.
Abuse of "favorites" and "friends" on ER towards people they disagreed with was ignored.
When the abused got sick of it and got angry and spoke out, then the site was shut down.
That pattern is exackly the same when a thread would get closed.
The attitude of "How dare you speak out!" is annoying and childish to me...I agree with Pete about this.
3LM did post publically on a number of threads in which I and others were repeatedly cyberstalked and harrassed that he thought it was all in fun...He egged it on and did nothing to discourage that...To me that is incredibly immature.
That right there was his undoing.
