Check It. Looks like some of it is vinyl from other countries, and some of it, maybe not Floyd because I haven't look over it all, looks like reproduction of albums but remastered by someone else. Is that legal?

how can anyone tell if something is a reproduction or the real thing? especially over the internet.
how can you tell if the dvd or cd you are are buying is fake until you open it and find it is copied.
i have often wondered about that.

i think remasters and bootleg copies are legal so long as it is mentioned in the sales blurb.
i don't know...

one way of finding out about the vinyl is to find a website for the band that has a very good discography section and compare the serial numbers with what you are buying of the net.
if the seller is selling the real thing, they will include serial numbers and photos.
that is what i do, so i have a very good chance of buying the real thing.
so far it has worked and i haven't had any reproductions of either my vinyls or cd.

i have my doubts about a david bowie dvd i bought though. Evil or Very Mad

the same applies to created diamonds and rubies, so long as the buyer is aware they are buying an item that is not a natural gemstone, it is okay to sell it. both on the internet and in the shops.

usually, when they are selling poster on ebay, the seller will say "this might be a copy of the original" that was they are not responsible for fakes.

honestly, how can anyone be sure of anything that happens over the internet?
dvds, furniture, friendships

That is awesome. I am humbled. The statement is positive in nature while mine (and others) is negative due the word "never." Diggit!

Hey there, Tatiana and other Floyd folk, I found this post of Long John's while searching through my old post at ER looking for something I once posted about a Dylan song.

I don't know if the links still work. Do you all ready have this?

Zabriskie Point is a soundtrack album to the Michelangelo Antonioni film of the same name. It was originally released in January 1970 and is composed of songs from various artists. A 1997 re-release includes four bonus tracks each from Jerry Garcia and Pink Floyd that were used in the film, but not the original soundtrack. Jim Morrison of the Doors wrote the track "L'America" for the film, but was rejected by Antonioni (L'America was later released on The Doors album L.A. Woman).

Pink Floyd's contributions to the album were recorded in November and December 1969, after the release of Ummagumma. "Come in Number 51, Your Time Is Up" is a re-recording of "Careful with That Axe, Eugene," originally released as a b-side in December 1968. "Love Scene (Version 4)" is a Richard Wright solo piano composition. "Country Song" is a ballad filled with chess metaphors. "Unknown Song" (also known as "Rain in the Country") is a relaxed instrumental. "Love Scene (Version 6)" is a bluesy instrumental. A track entitled "Fingals Cave" and another called "Oenone" were recorded but did not appear on the finished album.

Pink Floyd also recorded other unreleased material during the same sessions. Most notable is another Rick Wright composition which at that time was known as "The Violent Sequence" and would later be reworked into "Us and Them" from The Dark Side of the Moon.

Tracklist:
1. Rain In The Country (Take One)
2. The Violent Sequence (Take One)
3. The Red Queen Theme (Take One)
4. Fingal`s Cave (Take One)
5. Theme (Take Two)
6. Rain In The Country (Take Two)
7. Love Scene (Take One)
8. Love Scene (Take Two)
9. Blues Scene (Take One)
10. Fingal`s Cave (Take Two)
11. Love Scene (Take Three)
12. Love Scene (Take Four)
13. The Red Queen Theme (Take Two)
14. Crumbling Land (Take One)
15. Unknown Song (Take One)

i recently bought the 'in the flesh' dvd and that gives a person some interesting opinions.
