Anyone else remember this pictorial tribute to R&B/Rock n Roll? Wish I still had my copy.

I brought this to mind when I was posting on the Kinks thread: the particular pictorial "dream" representation of Ray Davies showed him pushing a pram around the north London suburb of Muswell Hill. I couldn't find the Ray Davies image, but I did find this:
