And the weirdest thing is that they sound best when they're REALLY all playing lead

It bugs me how they keep singing "See me feel me touch me heal me" all throughout Tommy.

Face Dances is actually a fairly decent album. Daily Records is a sublime tune.

Q: Did you ever sleep in a bear pit?

A: I have slept there badly twice
And shared my straw with scratchin mice
Although youll find some deep brown hair
I'll tell you something for nothing
There aint no bears in there (cache cache)
Not a single bear in there (cache cache)

The early mini-opera "A Quick One (While He's Away)" is superior to the pinball opera.

The Live at Leeds "A Quick One" is superior to the studio version.

Roger Daltrey developed a lot of irritating vocal mannerisms in the 1970s.

As cheesy as some of the metaphysical musings and leitmotifs get, they're still more interesting than the bloody Rolling Stones who have proved to have no reason for existing after 1973.

Charlie Watts is The Fifth Element. They made a movie about him.

I have listened to the expanded edition of The Who Sell Out more often than anything by the Beatles, Stones, Kinks, Manimals, Face Faces, High Numbers, Herman's Hermits, Birdyards etc
