| Isn't an Axl spozed to keep things from falling off? Didn't seem to work out this time around. |

| Hmmm. An Axle is a fixed shaft upon which wheels rotate. The invention of the Wheel was probably rather useless until some enterprising individual invented the Axle. An 'Axl' was a band that William Rose admired and decided to incorporate into his name. Other than that I think it is a meaningless term. _________________ This isn't the 'so called' Warbleshinny Mastadon. Over

| I recently read a review by some British reviewer; He stated that Chinese Democracy just sneaked under the wire. It was G-Dub Bush type music. It is irrevelant under an Obama administration....In my tenure as a interwebnet subscriber I have very rarily used what many refer to as an 'emoticon' but I'm going to do it now... .... _________________ This isn't the 'so called' Warbleshinny Mastadon. | If you're gonna use a emoticon type thingy, there's few if any better than the one you used. |

| After many listenings over several months; I've come to the conclusion that this is a good album. Very good. Odd. In ways that I'm not sure how to describe. But good. It is punk in all the right places. And punk in all the wrong places. _________________ This isn't the 'so called' Warbleshinny Mastadon. Over

| Who knows. It is so finely polished that it is uber-reflective. which is a feat unto itself. _________________ This isn't the 'so called' Warbleshinny Mastadon. Over

| I had a rock grinder when I was a kid. You mixed up an abrasive slurry, dumped in some rocks, turned it on and waited a while,* and out came finely polished gems. Never got anything either chinese or democratic, as far as I could tell, though. *"a while" meant, per the instructions, 48 - 72 hours, which may as well have said "until the Cubs win the World Series again" to a kid like me. |

| A couple weeks ago I concluded after many revolutions of 'The Spaghetti Incident' that I would rather listen to it then I would 'Chinese Democracy.' Later I thought, but there are some really great songs on C.D, and if I was told all I could listen to is those few songs or T.S.I, I would choose the few songs off of C.D.. Then I changed my my mind again. Now I've changed it again.

| The proper Quote function died in a terrible implosion. If you want to quote you -highlight- the text, right click and hit copy, go to the new mesage window and click on the 'quote' icons, and hit paste. You can add some extra words and symbols to identify who you are quoting but I don't bother with that anymore. _________________ This isn't the 'so called' Warbleshinny Mastadon. Over

| On a different note, the only member of old gnr that I miss is Stradlin. I miss his odd rhythms and I miss his lyrics. Stradlin/Rose is gold. _________________ This isn't the 'so called' Warbleshinny Mastadon. Over
