OK, I just listened to a live version of Wild Horses on some goof ball t.v. show about "talent." It seems obvious that the recorded version shows that her voice has been manipulated to sound less bassy and smoother. Yeah. Axl still kicks her arse...hahahahahahahaaha

You listened to the live version? That's not the vocal the mixologist used (when she's live she gets more operatic).

This is the vocal the mixologist used (the manipulation is mainly to speed up the tempo, without changing pitch, and to shorten the draw-out vowels that don't fit the beat):
