Sister Rosetta played her guitar and sang the hell out of something or other blues-ish on a disused railway station just outside Manchester in 1965. I'll try and find the youtube if it exists. It was raining.

Was I there? No. But I did see the Blues & Gospel Caravan tour, of which this TV show was a spinoff, in London in - well, 1963 of course.

The chorus is 8-bar blues (same format at "How Long Blues").
And 8-bar blues is like 16-bar blues with the first 8 bars missing.
