The sound, the clarity, the beauty is phenomenal. Been listening to these stunning remastered songs via FM radio. It's like rediscovering the Beatles all over again. Truly amazing.

The gentleman on the Newshour programme was notably impressed by the hand claps.

The mono remasters of Help! and Rubber Soul also have the albums in stereo as bonus!

Sooo, I'm just wondering how to get the monos. I sure hope the record company gives the poor folk of the world a chance to buy our favourite record without having to buy the whole catalogue, even though I'd like to have it.

[setting the cheese down for a moment] At some point it should be possible to get someone who has the mono box to burn you a set of them. Other than that you're out of luck; the monos aren't getting individual releases. The box is OOP now, a second printing should be out by Xmas, and that may be the end of it. As your financial adviser I suggest you pre order 10 of them as a hedge against inflation in the coming decade.

[note to MacForeskin: Take the gas pipe.]

Nothing going on. Stan is evidently curious about my life.

I'll probably delete/edit that post later. It's probably boring, and more information than anyone cares to know.

Beatles Rockband is a great time also. Come Together was especially fun.
